What an artist may expect:

  • A live or prerecorded interview.
  • A studio performance or music session.
  • A visiting-artist feature or small-audience studio event.
  • A livestream or recorded broadcast.
  • A basic stereo recording of the session, when included in the agreement.
  • A program listing or artist information on Airstreaming.org.
  • Promotion before and after the appearance.
  • Community event information and approved links.
  • A dedicated TipsOkay.com support page, if appropriate.

What the Artist provides:

  • A short biography and approved photographs or artwork.
  • Program information, event details, and relevant links.
  • A list of participants, instruments, equipment, and technical requirements.
  • Approved music, recordings, videos, and promotional material.
  • Permission for interviews, performances, recordings, and promotional use.
  • A prepared set list, interview outline, or discussion plan when appropriate.
  • Any accessibility, hospitality, or scheduling requirements.

Recording and promotion


A standard appearance may include a basic stereo recording for the agreed Gabe Radio broadcast, Airstreaming promotion, and related program
information. Editing, mixing, mastering, individual stems, video production, promotional clips, and extensive post-production are separate services
unless specifically included.


Before the appearance, the artist and Berry Point Studio should agree on whether the session is live or prerecorded, whether it will be recorded, what
files the artist will receive, how the recording may be used, credit wording, and any fees or support arrangements.
Contribution and support model


Instead of paying a conventional studio fee, an artist may create an approved TipsOkay.com contribution campaign to support the appearance, studio,
recording, or event. The minimum support target, production requirements, recording deliverables, and any division of proceeds must be agreed upon
before the event. Listener support, advertising, sponsorship, or event revenue is not guaranteed.


Community standard


Gabe Radio is an all-ages, community-oriented platform. Interviews, music requests, performances, and local conversations are welcome when
respectful, moderated, and suitable for a general or PG audience. Programming should not include hateful or discriminatory material, harassment,
explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or politically charged or partisan debate. Gabe Radio retains final editorial approval.
